Billing FAQ

Why is “Jeff Clark Publications” showing up on my credit card statement?

If your credit card statement shows a recent charge from “SR*Jeff Clark Publications”, it indicates you recently signed up to receive the financial newsletter Jeff Clark’s Delta Report published by Jeff Clark Trader.

If you purchased one of our subscriptions using an American Express credit card, the charge will likely appear as “www.JeffClarkTrader.com” on your credit card statement.

If you didn’t make such a purchase, or don’t recall having any purchase history with Jeff Clark Trader, The Agora Inc., or its affiliates, please contact our customer service specialists at (800) 752-0820.

I don’t recall ordering the Delta Report.

It’s possible that as a result of a closure of another related service in our network – such as Bonner & Partners’ Four Point Trader or Jeff Clark’s previous newsletter at Stansberry Research – you received a free year of the Delta Report.

Since Delta Report subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default, it’s possible the charge you’re seeing is for an additional year of service. Or, it could be the smaller annual maintenance fee that is charged to lifetime subscribers.

If none of these scenarios apply, please call our customer service specialists at (800) 752-0820.

How can I cancel my Delta Report service?

To cancel your subscription to the Delta Report, contact Jeff Clark Trader by phone. Call (800) 752-0820 to speak with our customer service specialists. Our customer service office is open from 9.00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday-Friday ET.

To cancel your free subscription to the Market Minute, you can send an email to our customer service team using the “Contact Us” page on the Jeff Clark Trader website. You can also unsubscribe using the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of each Market Minute issue.
