You have an amazing opportunity in front of you tonight.
Three of the most remarkable businessmen I know are hosting a special event to discuss the current state of the financial markets. You can register to attend the event right here… And I can’t possibly encourage you more to do so.
I’ll be watching. My wife and my sons will be watching. My in-laws will be watching. And my mom will be watching.
I’ve told everyone I know personally to tune in. It’s that important.
So, I’m telling you right now… there’s nothing more important to do on a Wednesday evening at the end of November. YOU NEED TO LISTEN TO WHAT THESE FOLKS HAVE TO SAY.
I’ve had the privilege of listening to them over the past several years. Their advice has been enormously helpful to me and my family. And I know, without any hesitation whatsoever, their advice will be helpful to everyone who attends this event.
If you’ve been reading the Market Minute for any length of time, then you know I don’t often promote webinars, podcasts, books, or websites. Most of the promotions I’ve seen have limited value. I don’t want to waste your time.
So, despite the numerous requests I get to ask my readers to listen in on a promotional event, I don’t do it. This time, though, because of the personalities involved, you’ll get so much out of the event that I simply have to encourage you to listen in to it.
Doug Casey, Bill Bonner, and Mark Ford are legends in the financial industry. And I’ve been blessed with the good fortune of their advice and friendship over the past several years.
Doug and I met across a poker table several years ago. We share a fondness for cigars, gold stocks, and speculative investments with a good story behind them. Doug is perhaps the most brilliant person I’ve ever met. He has a unique ability to separate the bull**** from the true story. And he’s willing to speak his mind, unfiltered, on just about any topic.
From a purely entertainment perspective, Doug will make this a “can’t-miss” event.
I met Mark Ford during a golf tournament a few years back. We rode in a golf cart together, and we both had the same goal… to not finish dead last in the tournament.
I won’t tell you the result of the tournament (one of us did finish dead last). But I will say that getting to hang out with Mark for several hours – talking about everything from buying real estate, raising kids, exercising, building multiple businesses, and just leading an interesting life – had a tremendous influence on me. I can’t wait to hear what he has to say tonight.
Finally… there’s Bill Bonner.
I don’t know Bill very well – though we’ve had several memorable conversations.
I’m intimidated by Bill – which might seem odd if you’ve ever met him. Bill is a very approachable person. He’s hugely successful, but also hugely humble about his success. It’s a remarkable, endearing quality.
But, Bill is intimidating to me.
He’s such a good writer, such a good public speaker, and such a good-natured person that I want to be more like him. So, whenever I get the chance to hang out with Bill, I get all tongue-tied. I’m like a 16-year-old girl who just got asked to the prom by the captain of the football team. I can’t believe that I get to hang out with “this guy.”
Tonight, we get the chance to hang out with all three of these legends.
I’ll be listening to what they have to say. I strongly encourage you to do so as well.

Reader Mailbag
In today’s mailbag, one reader responds to last Wednesday’s Market Minute…
Think you’re right! And I wasn’t watching close enough… But, I wasn’t “shook out.” I’m holding calls for the Christmas rally and expecting copper to participate. Good luck and happy Thanksgiving!
